Undertaking this Ph.D. has been a truly life-changing experience for me and it would not have been possible to do this without the support and guidance that I received from so many quarters.
To begin with, I would like to thank my Supervisor Professor. Adlan Parsa for all the support and encouragement given to me during the course of this Ph.D. and during my time at SABI University. Without his guidance and constant support this Ph.D. would not have been achievable.
I wish to show my appreciation to the Faculty of Business Administration, and Professor Sarah Raissadati, Professor Olivier Cane and Professor Gary Robinson, all of SABI University, for the immense work on the success of my thesis and as jury members for the defence of my thesis on Economics of Globalization and Migration in developing countries.
I am also grateful to all of those with whom I have had the pleasure to work during this and other related projects. Worthy of mention is Lanre Sonoiki, bright mind of INSEAD extraction and detailed in progressive criticicm. Thank you for always offering astounding support in putting together my thesis and for the very useful brainstorming sessions.
I also like to say a heartfelt thank you to my Mum, Dad, siblings, friends and my daughters for always believing in me and encouraging me to follow my dreams and most especially giving me reasons not to quit at the moments I was downcast and financially challenged.
Thank you for your love and guidance in whatever projects I pursue. I am especially grateful to Pastor Sola Adesoye and his teachings, they have been source of good counsel on this journey.
Rev. Dr Ebenezer Markwei of Living streams church, Accra Ghana, I cannot complete this acknowledgement without mentioning your series on the life of Joseph which I was priviledged to have been nourished with, and which prepared me, ahead of my pursuit of this higher degree.
On a final and most important note, my deepest gratitude is to God Almighty for His sustenance and always giving me cause to rejoice. To him be all
I can never thank Him enough.
